Light and stylish vibe. Spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, equipped kitchen, balcony and everything you need for an easy stay ✨ The location is a win with lots of great restaurants around and everything is super walkable. I loved the area. The building is a bonus, secure access, gym, pool and access to a laundry room. Carla and Sebastián are fantastic hosts. Friendly, clear communication, great local tips, always helpful 🤍 Such a gem 💎 Would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place to stay. Easy to find and with great amenities. Enjoyed the gym and the pool. Do not believe the complaints from other guests complaining about the bar across the street and how loud it was, that is not true as I slept like a baby every night I stayed there. Owner was really respectful and gave me all the tips to have a great time in the area. Would definitely stay there again.

I stayed here with my boyfriend Valentine’s Day weekend after booking a last minute trip to Cancun. The place looks exactly like the photos and is perfect for two. There is a spacious balcony and rooftop pool. The place is walking distance from many restaurants and grocery stores. The host was responsive when we had questions, would definitely recommend.

This was such a lovely place! Sparkling clean, spacious and comfortable. The bed was probably one of the best one I’ve ever slept in. The hosts were also lovely and proactive. Rooftop pool was also a lovely plus. Location was great, within a couple mins of walk you can eat at plenty of good restaurants. Don’t think you can get a better deal in Cancun!

Very nice place! Great location, many restaurants and supermarkets around! Easy to access and secure! Very good communication with the host! The kitchen is fully equipped and everything was clean!

Lovely place with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s centrally located, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. It can get a bit noisy in the evenings due to music from the main street, but it wasn’t too disruptive.

Really enjoyed staying here. The area isn't as tacky and touristy as the hotel zone. The apartment feels big with it's floor to ceiling windows and nice balcony. It can get noisy from music next door, but we slept through it just fine. The clever bookshelf divides the apartment so it feels like there's a separate bedroom. Recommend pulpas park for local food/entertainment. Had an issue with the key not working but they have a fabulous maintenance man, Manuel, that changed the lock for us, so there should be no problem with access.

Everything including instructions were sent to us before we even landed as well as help to book supposedly cheaper transportation from the airport to the hotel, so that was very nice. For the remainder of the trip it’s easy to walk to get some thing close, but would definitely recommend using Uber thats so cheap to go anywhere else like The Hotel zone that’s about 10mims. Very spacious and very bright, smells great around the building and hardly saw anyone else residing in the building, even when using the shared pool+ amenities on the roof. Bed is extremely comfortable and TV is really big, which was a pleasant surprise. its true theres a nightclub that plays loud music until they close (3:00am) but if you’re truly on vacation, it’s not something that allowed us to not be able to go to sleep as we were always exhausted at the end of the night.. QR system to access building works great was nervous about a phone dying, but there is also security there. Great value TBH.Full body mirror!

This has to be one of my favorite Airbnb’s I have ever stayed in. The host was very responsive and welcoming. I recommend everyone to stay at this home. It is right in the center of everything. Very clean and beautiful home. I had a great time.
