Everything was absolutely perfect! Loved the condo and the location. We walked to rosters for breakfast daily. We also loved the pool, gym, and laundry area. We had a few questions during our stay and I was so impressed how quickly they answered even on a Sunday. Can’t wait to come back

Nos encantó la ubicación, cerca de supermercados, excelentes restaurantes cerca y fácil para llegar a la zona hotelera. El apartamento está muy bien equipado, incluso tienen platos y cucharas para bebés. Volveremos.

Alles exakt wie beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Saubere Unterkunft in bester Lage mit guter Anbindung zu Nah- und Fernverkehr. Gastgeber sind freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Gerne Wieder!

This is a great spot in a very convenient location of downtown Cancún. We could see staying longer with all new amenities and an interesting neighborhood we didn’t get to fully explore in our few days. Very walkable to grocery stores, coffee, and great restaurants! The pool and gym on the roof deck were fantastic and thoroughly enjoyed!

Great place. The hosts were really responsive and flexible with check in time. They also sent a worker to fix when the shower wouldn’t get warm. I had to leave early but I would definitely stay again next time.

Carla and Sebastian were absolutely fabulous. Their response time was excellent — they replied very quickly and were always helpful when any issues came up. Everyone was friendly, easy to communicate with, and made the stay feel smooth and stress-free. The room itself is really nice and very clean. The bathroom is a bit small, but the bed is very comfortable, and the space is well maintained overall. The location is extremely convenient — there are many restaurants within walking distance, an OXXO directly across the street for easy access to water and snacks, and a grocery store right behind the building, which is great if you plan on cooking. The only downside — and this is important for light sleepers or families with children — is the bar across the street. From Thursday through Sunday, there is either a live band or a very loud DJ that goes late into the night, usually until around 2:00–2:30 a.m. The noise feels like it’s right outside the room and can be very disruptive if you’

The Apt is well located. So much to do within walking distance. The equipped coffee station was the icing on the cake for me. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again.

Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber und tolle Wohnung. Zudem waren sie sehr schnell erreichbar und haben super kommuniziert. Man kommt nur mit einem QR Code in das Gebäude, weshalb wir uns zusätzlich sehr sicher gefühlt haben.

Wow, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations and was the perfect springboard into vacation - the space is gorgeous - super clean and modern, with so so so much natural light! It felt incredibly safe and the hosts could not have been more accommodating and helpful! They were flexible with our checkin and checkout times and super keep to ensure we made the most of the area and restaurants nearby. There’s a fantastic market within 10 minutes by foot, and the rooftop pool was incredible. 11/10 stars! Huge thanks to our hosts - this was a beautiful space I would gladly recommend!
