One of the better apartments in Nader 9! I’ve been staying here throughout my time visiting CANCUN this year and I must say this apartment is HUGE. Lots of space to enjoy working, socializing, dining and just relaxing in the unit. The bathroom is not huge but it does the trick. My favorite location within this Airbnb is the BED. It’s HUGE and makes for a lovely rest to go and explore the beaches and surrounding area (which has plenty of restaurants). Thanks for an amazing stay!

Carla y Sebastian’s place is so beautiful! Huge floor to ceiling windows provided amazing natural light everyday. Location was great, there’s a supermarket a short walk away. In my opinion, all the great restaurants are right on Ave Carlos Nader, delicious tacos right next to the building. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need. I appreciated the hosts’ attention to detail, like leaving us 2 water bottles in the fridge which was much needed after traveling, and they had ground coffee & sugar for us as well. I enjoyed the huge comfy bed and the balcony, as well as the gym and pool which we had it to ourselves the whole time. The staff in the building were all extremely friendly and helpful. The lights and the water cut off due to extreme heavy rain but the hosts responded immediately and the staff came to fix the water for us. I have zero complaints about this place and i would definitely stay here again!

Pasé dos noches en este alojamiento y la experiencia fue excelente. El apartamento es moderno, cómodo y está cuidado en cada detalle. La vista desde el rooftop es espectacular, y poder disfrutar de la piscina allí arriba fue un verdadero lujo. Además, el espacio de coworking y la pequeña sala de deporte son ideales para combinar descanso con productividad y bienestar. Sin duda, lo recomiendo al 100% y volvería sin dudarlo.

Mi estadía en el hogar de Carla y Sebastián fue excepcional. Desde el primer momento, su hospitalidad fue genuina y atenta. El espacio está cuidadosamente decorado, con detalles que reflejan buen gusto y funcionalidad. Hospedarse aquí ofrece cercanía a todo: transporte público, supermercados, y opciones gastronómicas variadas. Además, es una excelente base para explorar tanto el centro como las playas cercanas. Un gran plus fue el estacionamiento incluido, lo cual hizo toda la diferencia para moverme con tranquilidad por la zona.

Carla y Sebastián, fue una estancia increíble. Todo perfecto. Es un alojamiento perfecto con todo para sentirte en total confort. Todo es automático y no tienes que ver al host nunca. Me encantó iremos siempre ahí!

De lujo este departamento! disfrutamos mucho yo nuestra estancia! nos pareció una ubicación perfecta para moverse a la zona hotelera, al centro, o al ado cuando queríamos salir de cancún, los restaurantes que están cerca también súper ricos y un chedrahui cerca, me daba pendiente lo que decían del ruido del bar de enfrente pero la vdd es que no es taaan ruidoso, después de un largo día de conocer ni lo notas, la comunicación con los host también fue excelente, no podemos esperar para regresar y alojarnos nuevamente!! 🫶🏻🫶🏻

Excelente alojamiento, es muy bonito y tiene una ubicación excelente. Fácil acceso tiene transportes, restaurantes, supermercados, de todo cerca. Lo recomiendo. El apto limpio y ordenado, me encantó. Si hay algo no tan bueno, es que enfrente hay un bar/discoteca y la música es muy fuerte. Si no tienes problema con eso adelante, o lleva tapones para los oídos, porque si se cuela el ruido y se hace un poco incómodo en la habitación principal que está pegada al balcón.

Great place, its not far away from hotel zone but far enough to avoid the craziness that can go on. Place was very safe and there is a great taco spot called taqueria coapenitos the food is great and very affordable for late night snacks.

Very pleasant stay. Great modern apartment. Loved the pool and gym upstairs. Very warm in the pool. We had everything needed for the stay. Great soft beds. A blender, coffee maker and more. The best food around, lovely market at night. Felt very secure and safe. Very responsive and helpful hosts.
