Very cozy apartment. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything was perfectly clean. I liked the feeling of space, as the windows reach to the floor. Figurines and small items on the shelves decorate and create coziness. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house is guarded, modern. There is a swimming pool and sun loungers upstairs. Downstairs there is a cafe where you can buy good bread, buns or cakes, as well as drink coffee. In 6 minutes. walk there is a grocery store, restaurants and a bus stop, if you need to go somewhere. We arrived before check-in time and Adrian kindly gave us the opportunity to leave our things in the apartment until they cleaned. Everything is organized perfectly. Adrian was always in touch. If we had questions or problems, he quickly helped us solve them. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Stayed here for 4 nights in Jan 2025 with my teen daughter; we were one of the first guests that were hosted as it was a brand new AirBnb. We received clear communication from Adrian who met us at the apartment to show us around upon check in. The unit is in a safe residential area within walking distance of downtown. We waked to a lot of places but we had the option to take Uber as there is a pickup location across the street from the apartment. Lots of restaurant options close by, Walmart is a few mins walk away. We aim to live like the locals when we travel so we chose to take public transportation and took the ADO bus to Centro, we then walked 15 mins to the apartment. When departing, we took an uber to the airport. The apartment rental agency will arrange your airport transfers for around $130-$150. My only regret was not having more days to spend in Mexico as we barely got to enjoy the lovely upper floor which has a gym, pool, a co working space and an outdoor grill
