Such I great experience in Cancun staying here. Pretty central location if you have a car it’s perfect to explore hotel zones and inner city. Host was easy to deal with and helpful. Great view from balcony.

Carla and Sebastian were beyond helpful. They made my stay in Cancun amazing, they were very attentive, responded in a timely manner & went above and beyond to help make my significant others birthday special with decorations in the room. The airbnb was clean, and safe. Everything we needed was within walking distance and all the locals were so friendly and helpful. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could.

This is a great place to stay! The place was as described in the listing. The host was very friendly, responsive and accommodating. This location is also walking distance to many local restaurants.

The space itself was incredibly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The decor truly captured the vibrant spirit of Cancun, and I particularly liked the refreshing AC, comfortable bed, and the lovely balcony. It was clear that a lot of thought went into making the place feel like a true home away from home, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

Great place. Communicated well before and during trip. Pool and gym were clean throughout stay. Laundry room was a plus just need to reserved it easy to do at front desk. Supermarket and corner stores made easy to keep fridge stock with items needed. Noise was not a problem at night bed was comfy. The only thing I said negatively was only having one towel and one pool towel each throughout stay but we made it work. Overall I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

Carla was great and friendly. Answered all my questions in a timely manner. The instructions were clear. I also needed to checkout out late due to my flight time. Carla was understanding and worked out a plan for us. The place was immaculate, just as described on the website

🌴 Un séjour parfait, tout simplement! 🌴 L’emplacement est idéal, surtout si comme moi, vous n’avez pas de voiture. Tout est facilement accessible à pied : restaurants, autobus, petits commerces. Le quartier est sécuritaire et très agréable à explorer. Le logement en soi était impeccable : spacieux, lumineux, super bien climatisé, avec un lit ultra confortable (j’y ai dormi comme un bébé!). La piscine était presque toujours déserte, parfaite pour relaxer en toute tranquillité… Et quelle surprise d’avoir une vue sur l’océan au loin! Je ne m’y attendais pas du tout. Un endroit où je retournerais sans la moindre hésitation. Merci pour ce magnifique séjour! ☀️🌊

Before I arrived the host sent me everything I needed to check in. They were even able to accommodate an early check in for me that day. The building is secured and the staff is very friendly. The room was clean and looked exactly like the photos. The building itself is very peaceful but it is surrounded by entertainment and busy streets. Conveniently located so you can walk or catch a short uber ride to get food. The host was very responsive to all of my questions and checked to make sure I was ok during my week long stay. I would 100% recommend this place.
