Perfect location in the heart of Cancun. Nice restaurants and marked at walk distance. 15 minutes by bus or taxi to the beach. Comfortable space, with nice design. The building has 24h reception, a beautiful swimming pool and laundry. Highly recommended!

A really fabulous apartment! The location is great with so many cafes and restaurants within a 5 - 10 min walk. There is also a cute cafe at the bottom of the apartment block that serves a good breakfast. The apartment itself is spacious, incredibly clean and well stocked with everything you would need. There is a pool area on the roof, which my daughter loved. Carla y Sebastian were brilliant hosts, very proactive in their communcation and very responsive and helpful. When I come back to Cancun we will definitely try and stay here again!

Coup de cœur pour ce logement situé dans le Centro de Cancún (parfait pour être dans une ambiance locale avec de nombreux restaurants et commerces de proximité). Tout le logement était très propre, il y a le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Un gros + pour la machine à laver qui fait aussi sèche linge. Le logement est très agréable à vivre pour deux personnes, le lit est confortable, la salle de bains est fonctionnelle, … Nous avons apprécié la sécurité et les lieux communs du bâtiment où se situe ce logement. Ce qui était pratique c’était la station de bus central qui est situé à 10 minutes à pied (très pratique pour prendre le car et partir une journée dans les alentours de Cancún) Je recommande sans hésitation pour passer des vacances reposantes et agréables à Cancún !!

This is my 4th stay with Carla y Sebastian Nadar 9. They are the best host, the unit was absolutely perfect and not noisy at all. I love this property it feels like Home and very high class. You are so close to lots of great activities like Puerto Cancun, Plaza Las Americas, and the hotel zone. Can’t wait to come back again!

Logement parfait pour un séjour à Cancun. Le soleil sur la terrasse en fin d'après-midi était délicieux, l'air climatisé parfait, et la piscine sur le toit rafraichissante. Tout était en place et très propre. Appartement central où je pouvais tout faire à pied. Épicerie, bons restaurant, etc...

We had an amazing time. Hosts were incredibly kind and communicative, and the location is great for folks looking for Cancun options not in the Hotel Zone. We will certainly be looking to stay here again if/when our travels bring us back to Cancun!

This space is absolutely amazing!!! Carla and Sebastian have a lively space with a stocked kitchen with full sized refrigerator, shower towels, pool towels, great recommendations, etc. The view at night from the patio is beautiful and the sunsets are gorgeous. The pool and gym are added bonuses. The apartment is very secure as you need a QR code to get in.

Well, it’s time to leave the wonderful Cancun, but before we go I thought I’d leave a review for our fantastic apartment, in the Nader 9 block. Folks, this is situated in the most perfect place: on the front side, you have immediate access to supermarkets, street stalls, and food vendors. Behind, you have the wonderful Nader street, which has a fantastic range of top quality restaurants and bars. It’s smack bang where you need to be: bus stops and taxi ranks are right outside, which will take you to the hotel zone and the glorious beaches of Cancun. We enjoyed a fantastic 2 week stay in the apartment, which has a huge fridge/freezer, and cooking facilities. This allows you to buy the wonderful fresh seafood from the supermarkets, and cook to your liking, all from the comfort of your own apartment. Then, there’s the gym and roof-top swimming pool - these are just great, with wonderful views from the pool, and a brilliant, air-conditioned gym. Perfect for burning off the amazing Me
