10/10 would recommend to anybody. The place was clean, spacious, and conveniently located in a really amazing area. Carla and Sebastian were also incredibly responsive and helpful with all of my questions and requests for recommendations. Was truly amazing!

L’appartement est très bien situé et facile d’accès depuis l’aéroport. Les lits sont très confortables et propres. Carla y Sébastien sont tres réactifs et de bons conseils. Quant au bruit, ce n’est pas si dérangeant mais pour les sommeils légers, il y a des boules quies à disposition

Staff was incredible- we could check in and use the parking lot earlier. We loved the QR code entrance, the apartman, the pool and the gym area. We had a great stay, thanks! -

Lugar cómodo y agradable, coincidía con las fotos, muy limpio y acogedor, cercano a centros comerciales y al transporte público, aunque llevamos auto, en ocasiones es mejor moverte en transporte público. Estacionamiento seguro y personal del edificio amable y cortés.

Un séjour absolument parfait ! 🌟 L'appartement est d'une propreté irréprochable et correspond en tous points à la description de l'annonce. L'emplacement est tout simplement idéal : le logement est entouré de superbes adresses et d'excellents restaurants à découvrir à deux pas. Le service tout au long de notre séjour a été hyper rapide, amical et d'une efficacité redoutable. Je tiens également à adresser un grand merci à José, l'agent de sécurité de nuit, pour sa gentillesse, son sourire et son grand professionnalisme ; on s'y sent vraiment bien et en totale sécurité à toute heure. Je recommande ce logement à tous les yeux fermés ! Merci encore mille fois à nos hôtes, Carla et Sébastien, pour ce merveilleux accueil ! 🙏✨

It was nice place. Clean and neat. In the middle of the peak area. But it was not super crowded. The host is nice and make sure we found the place and able to get in. Very responsive and friendly.

I came as a solo female traveler for my first time out of the US & first time in Mexico. Carla, Sebastian, & their team were extremely helpful and quick to respond. They have great recommendations for traveling to Isla Mujeres on the day I wanted to go & for anywhere you want to go in the area. They'll provide a site for anything you're looking to do. The space itself is cozy & cute for a solo traveler or a couple. The building itself is guarded so it's safe & next to small kisokos where locals go to eat, sing, & habe a good time, i had some amazing food & coffee there! Just be careful with the door & make sure it closes/locks fully before leaving, I accidentally didnt close/lock it all the way while i went to Isla Mujeres but luckily no one went into my space & nothing was missing. All the people within the building remained respectful & minded their business. If you're from the US, go & experience Mexico for yourself & aprender algo de español!! Gracias y te amo🥰

Great host! Very responsive. Hotel zone is only 10-15 minutes away during the day when it’s busy so traveling there was convenient. The place itself was very clean and the pool view at sunrise was amazing.

I am so grateful I chose to book this space for a relatively long stay, the bed was comfortable, the view of the trees was a pleasant way to balance being in town, and the building was fantastic. 10/10 thank you
